Easy Cancellation

You can confirm your booking in our tour by paying a deposit of Rs 10,000/- Per Person.The balance payment shall be paid 15 days prior to the departure of the tour.Balance payment by Cheque will be excepted 15 days prior to the departure of the tour.If any body fails to the balance amount before 15 days, he shall be deemed as cancelled, and the deposit shall not be refunded.If we cancel the tour from the our part, due to insufficient number of passenger or any other reason then we shall refund the full amount of the tour, hence we will not be responsible for the cancellation charges applicable for train/air tickets.But if we are forced to cancel the tour due to the natural calamities like flood, riots, bandhs, strikes etc.then we shall refund the tour cost after deducting 10% as our service charge for making the necessary arrangements for your tour. Rules and Regulations are different for Special Group/Group Bookings. If the passenger wants to cancel the tour he shall have to make a written application to our office, and we shall refund the tour cost after deducating Cancellation charges as under :

Before 15 days of tour departure Rs.5000/- for per person
Between 10 to 15 days 50% of the tour cost for per person
Between 05 to 10 days 75% of the tour cost for per person
Within 05 days 100% of the tour cost.

Itinerary

Day 1Amritsar

Arrive Amritsar station/airport & reach our hotel (at your own). 11:00 hrs visit Jalianwala Baug, after Lunch visit to Wagha Border famous for military parade (Flag march) by India and Pakistan’s Army.
Return to the Hotel, today we will serve you the most tasty Authentic Punjabi food in the Local Dhaba, followed by a visit to Golden Temple with Illumination.
Night halt at Amritsar.

Day 2Amritsar - Dalhousie

After breakfast proceed to Dalhousie (7-8 hrs. journey), reach Dalhousie and the day is free for rest. Night halt at Dalhousie.

Day 3Dalhousie - Khajjiar - Dalhousie

After breakfast we visit Khajjiar, (If road is open). which is also known as Mini Swiss for a breath taking view of the ground covered with pine trees.
After lunch day is free for shopping. Night halt at Dalhousie.

Day 4Dalhousie - Dharamshala

After early breakfast we proceed to Dharamshala by road (7-8 hrs. journey). En route visit Kangra Fort, Museum & 3300 years old Jain Temple (Punjab’s Sammet Shikhar), Night halt at Dharamshala.

Day 5Dharamshala

After breakfast visit Bhagsunath Temple, Water Falls & Tibetian Monestary (Dalai Lama’s Temple). After lunch day is free for rest. Night halt at Dharamshala.

Day 6 Dharamshala - Amritsar

After early lunch proceed to Amritsar to board your Train 12904 dep from Amritsar@ 21.25. Tour ends with sweet memories conducted by Universal Tours & Travels.
