Easy Cancellation

You can confirm your booking in our tour by paying a deposit of Rs 10,000/- Per Person.The balance payment shall be paid 15 days prior to the departure of the tour.Balance payment by Cheque will be excepted 15 days prior to the departure of the tour.If any body fails to the balance amount before 15 days, he shall be deemed as cancelled, and the deposit shall not be refunded.If we cancel the tour from the our part, due to insufficient number of passenger or any other reason then we shall refund the full amount of the tour, hence we will not be responsible for the cancellation charges applicable for train/air tickets.But if we are forced to cancel the tour due to the natural calamities like flood, riots, bandhs, strikes etc.then we shall refund the tour cost after deducting 10% as our service charge for making the necessary arrangements for your tour. Rules and Regulations are different for Special Group/Group Bookings. If the passenger wants to cancel the tour he shall have to make a written application to our office, and we shall refund the tour cost after deducating Cancellation charges as under :

Before 15 days of tour departure Rs.5000/- for per person
Between 10 to 15 days 50% of the tour cost for per person
Between 05 to 10 days 75% of the tour cost for per person
Within 05 days 100% of the tour cost.

Itinerary

Day 1Delhi – Kullu

Arrive Delhi and proceed to Kullu by Volvo Coach.( Coach Tickets at our cost) details of the Coach will be provided from our office. Overnight Bus Journey…

Day 2Kullu

Arrive Kullu Bus Stand & proceed to hotel (at your own) Hotel Check/in: 12:00 noon. Day will be free at leisure to relax & enjoy the natural beauty.
Night halt at Kullu.

Day 3Kullu

After breakfast free time & then we will visit ancient Raghunath Temple. After lunch visit Manikaran, located in Parvati Valley between River Beas & Parvati.
Night halt at Kullu.

Day 4Kullu - Manali

After breakfast proceed to Manali (2 hrs. journey). Enjoy river rafting (at your own cost) Reach Manali & free time for shopping.
Night halt at Kullu.

Day 5Manali

After breakfast visit Solang Valley (known as shooting point) and enjoy Ski Himalayan Cable Car Ride (at our cost) & also visit the famous Hadimba Devi Temple
After lunch day is free. Night halt at Manali.

Day 6Manali

After breakfast full day visit at snow point Rohtang / Madhi / Gulaba ( Till our vehicle can reach). Night halt at Manali.

Day 7Manali – Delhi Bus Night Journey

After breakfast check/out & proceed to Bus Stand (at your own) to board your Bus for Delhi. Tour ends with memorable memories conducted by Universal Tours & Travels.
