You can confirm your booking in our tour by paying a deposit of Rs 10,000/- Per Person.The balance payment shall be paid 15 days prior to the departure of the tour.Balance payment by Cheque will be excepted 15 days prior to the departure of the tour.If any body fails to the balance amount before 15 days, he shall be deemed as cancelled, and the deposit shall not be refunded.If we cancel the tour from the our part, due to insufficient number of passenger or any other reason then we shall refund the full amount of the tour, hence we will not be responsible for the cancellation charges applicable for train/air tickets.But if we are forced to cancel the tour due to the natural calamities like flood, riots, bandhs, strikes etc.then we shall refund the tour cost after deducting 10% as our service charge for making the necessary arrangements for your tour. Rules and Regulations are different for Special Group/Group Bookings. If the passenger wants to cancel the tour he shall have to make a written application to our office, and we shall refund the tour cost after deducating Cancellation charges as under :
Arrive Ambala railway station at 8.00 am as per 12471 or 9.00 am. (as per schedule of 11057 Dadar – Amritsar Express) and proceed to Chandigarh.
Passenger arriving by Flight has to reach hotel directly (at your own cost).
After lunch sightseeing of Pinjore Garden and Rock Garden. Night halt at Chandigarh.
After breakfast proceed to Manali by road (10-12 hrs. journey).
Lunch enroute Night halt at Manali.
After breakfast visit Hadimba Temple thereafter visit Solang Valley (known as shooting point) and enjoy Ski Himalayan Cable Car Ride (at our cost), here you can enjoy adventure activities like Paragliding, Zorbing , Ice Ski etc (at your own cost).
Evening free for leisure or shopping at Mall road.
Night halt at Manali.
After breakfast full day visit at snow point of Manali i.e Rohtang / Madhi / Gulaba ( Till our vehicle can reach).
Rohtang Pass is situated at 13,500 feet above sea level here you can enjoy sledge car ride, ice biking etc (at your own cost).

After breakfast proceed to Shimla by road (10 hrs. journey).
On arrival check/in at hotel, there after evening is free for rest. Night halt at Shimla / Kufri.
After breakfast visit Kufri, Indira Gandhi Holiday Home and enjoy horse riding in the Apple Orchids (please be aware, here you can be cheated by horse riders).
After lunch we will have free time for shopping at Mall Road.

After breakfast proceed to Chandigarh, After lunch visit Rose Garden and Rock Garden.
Thereafter Passenger will be dropped at Chandigarh airport by 16:00. Tour ends with memorable experience of the tour conducted by Universal Tours & Travels.
(Passengers booking early flight / train from Ambala will have to take a taxi from Shimla or Chandigarh at your own cost).
This Tour will start from Lunch on Day 01 & end with Lunch on Day 07.
