Easy Cancellation

You can confirm your booking in our tour by paying a deposit of Rs 10,000/- Per Person.The balance payment shall be paid 15 days prior to the departure of the tour.Balance payment by Cheque will be excepted 15 days prior to the departure of the tour.If any body fails to the balance amount before 15 days, he shall be deemed as cancelled, and the deposit shall not be refunded.If we cancel the tour from the our part, due to insufficient number of passenger or any other reason then we shall refund the full amount of the tour, hence we will not be responsible for the cancellation charges applicable for train/air tickets.But if we are forced to cancel the tour due to the natural calamities like flood, riots, bandhs, strikes etc.then we shall refund the tour cost after deducting 10% as our service charge for making the necessary arrangements for your tour. Rules and Regulations are different for Special Group/Group Bookings. If the passenger wants to cancel the tour he shall have to make a written application to our office, and we shall refund the tour cost after deducating Cancellation charges as under :

  • Before 15 days of tour departure Rs.5000/- for per person
  • Between 10 to 15 days 50% of the tour cost for per person
  • Between 05 to 10 days 75% of the tour cost for per person
  • Within 05 days 100% of the tour cost.
Itinerary

Day 1Arrive Cochin

Arrive Cochin Station / Airport and reach our hotel directly (Hotel Check/in:- 12:00 noon).
Rest of the day is free for shopping.Night halt at Cochin.
Day 2

Day 2 Cochin - Munnar

After breakfast visit Dutch Palace, St. Francis Church and Chinese Fishing Nets.
After Lunch proceed to Munnar (5-6 hrs. journeys), en route visit the Cheyapara waterfalls and continue towards Munnar and night halt.

Day 3Munnar

After breakfast visit Metupatty Dam for Speed boating& Coconut Water (at our cost) and Rose Garden. After lunch visit Hydel Park.
Night Halt at Munnar.

Day 4Munnar

After breakfast visit Rajmala view point the highest point of Kerala.
After lunch the day is free to explore the natural beauty of Munnar. Night halt at Munnar.

Day 5Munnar - Thekkady

After breakfast proceed to Thekkady (5 hrs. journey), en route visit the Tea Gardens of Munnar.
Arrive Thekkady and check-in at hotel. In the evening take a guided Spice Plantation tourand Kerala Traditional Kathakali show (at our Cost).
Night halt at Thekkady

Day 6Thekkady - Kumarakom

After breakfast free time for boating at Periyar Lake OR Jeep Safari (at your own cost) / shopping etc.
After lunch proceed to Kumarakom en route Tea or Coffey & Dosa at Aryaas Veg. Hotel – Ponkunnam (at our Cost). (6 hrs. journey).
Night halt at Kumarakom.

Day 7Kumarakom

Morning free to enjoy resort facilities. After lunch enjoy Kerala famous back waters ride for 3hrs with Coconut Water.
Night halt at Kumarakom.

Day 8Kumarakom - Kanyakumari

After breakfast proceed to Kanyakumari (10 hrs. journey), evening visit to Gandhi Mandap, Triveni Sangam Ghat and Sunset Point.

Day 9Kanyakumari - Poovar Island

Morning view the Sunrise from the hotel Terrace, after breakfast visit to Vivekananda Rock Memorial(Special Pass by Universal).
After lunch proceed to Poovar (3 hrs. journey). Evening is free at leisure.
Night halt at Poovar Island.

Day 10Poovar Island - Trivandrum - Poovar Island

After breakfast visit to PadmanabhSwamy Temple&Kovlam famous Beach, after lunch enjoy at beach.
Night halt at Poovar Island.

Day 11Train Journey

After breakfast 7.30 AMtransfer to Trivandrum railway station / Airport by Heena to board your train/Flight for Mumbai with memorable experience of the tour conducted by Universal Tours & Travels.
Rest Passengers departing by Air/Rail has to transfer to at their own expense.
